Integrations
Connect an integration
Updated June 9, 2026
Integrations connect Milestone to the tools your team already uses — version control, communication, calendars, docs, and design. This guide shows where integrations live, how to connect one, and what the connection statuses mean.
Where integrations live
Go to Settings, and under your workspace open the Integrations tab. This is available to workspace admins. (Personal integrations like calendars can also be connected from your own account settings.)
What you can connect
Milestone integrates with, among others:
- GitHub and GitLab — manage branches and link them to tasks.
- Slack — notifications and creating tasks from Slack.
- Notion — sync pages and databases.
- Gmail and Outlook Mail — turn important emails into tasks.
- Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar — sync events and scheduling.
- Google Drive and Figma — bring files and designs alongside tasks.
Connect an integration
Pick a provider
On the Integrations page, choose the provider you want to connect.
Name it and create
Give the integration a Name to identify it, then click Create Integration.
Authorize
Click Complete Authorization. You'll be sent to the provider to sign in and grant access, then returned to Milestone. (Some providers, like Notion, use a token you paste in instead of a sign-in popup.)
Connection statuses
You'll see a status on each integration:
- Connected — authorized and ready to use.
- Pending Authorization — created, waiting for you to finish signing in.
- Needs Configuration — created but needs a setup step (e.g. pasting a token).
- Expired / Error — reconnect to restore access.
To connect a service, click Connect; to restore a broken one, click Reconnect; to remove it, click Remove.
Connecting Claude Code is separate
Linking Claude Code isn't done from this Integrations page — it uses Milestone's context setup. See Connect Claude Code.
