- How do I migrate from Linear / Notion / Jira?
- Milestone imports from Linear, Notion, and Jira. Email us if you need help with a custom migration - we'll walk you through it.
- Does Milestone work offline?
- Yes. The desktop app stores your graph locally. Changes sync when you reconnect.
- Which AI coding assistants does Milestone support?
- Claude Code today, with Cursor, Codex, and Copilot on the roadmap. Any tool that supports the MCP protocol can connect - the MCP server ships with the desktop app, no extra config needed.
- Where is my data stored?
- On our servers, hosted on AWS, and cached on your device so the app works offline. When you run an AI session, only the context you choose is sent to your AI provider (currently Claude Code / Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate a response. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- How does billing work, and where do I get invoices?
- Billing runs through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, taxes, and invoices - you'll get a receipt from Paddle, and you can manage your payment details via the link in that email.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Monthly plans renew automatically but can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
