Switch between board views

A board can be seen through several views, each suited to a different job — moving cards, scanning a list, planning ahead, or reviewing metrics. Switch views from the tab bar near the top of the board.
The views
| View | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Board | The Kanban grid of columns with draggable task cards. You can toggle it between Kanban and List. |
| List | A table of tasks with editable fields (assignee, due date, priority, and more). |
| Backlog | Unscheduled work, kept separate from the active board. Shown when cycles are off. |
| Dashboard | Metrics for the board — completion rate, velocity, deadlines, and recent activity. |
| All Work | A paginated list of every task across all columns. |
| Archive | Archived tasks. Open it from the board's options menu (⋯ → Go To Archive). |
Some views depend on features
Cycles and Milestones views appear only when those features are enabled in Board Settings → Features. Turning Cycles on replaces the Backlog view with the Cycles view.
Switch the Board view between Kanban and List
In the toolbar's View control, choose Kanban or List. Your choice is remembered per board.
