- Is Milestone free right now?
- Yes. Every tier is free for teams in the design-partner program, with no card required. The plans on this page are what pricing will look like when we open Milestone to everyone.
- What's the difference between a credit and a desktop agent run?
- Credits cover in-app AI — the web chat and assistants — as a points abstraction; you never pay per call or see a dollar figure for AI usage. A desktop agent run is one dispatch of the Claude Code agent through Milestone to work a task autonomously. Runs use your own Claude subscription, so paid plans treat them as generous fair-use rather than metering them.
- What are atoms and the recall window?
- An atom is one unit of company-brain knowledge — a decision, convention, or gotcha your team and agents record. The recall window (30 / 90 / 365 days) is a recall bound, not deletion: we never hard-delete your knowledge. Older atoms are archived out of recall and return automatically when you upgrade.
- What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
- Annual billing lowers the per-seat rate — Pro drops from $12 to $10 and Premium from $20 to $16, per seat per month. Free is always $0.
- Can I buy more AI credits?
- Yes, on Pro and Premium. Top-up packs (500 / 1,000 / 2,500 credits) never expire and are only consumed after your monthly pool runs out.
- Do you offer an Enterprise plan?
- Not yet — today it's Free, Pro, and Premium. If your team needs SSO, audit logs, or a DPA, get in touch during the design-partner program and we'll work it out with you.
