Track your work in My Work

My Work is your personal view of everything assigned to you — across every project and board — organized by when it's due. It's the fastest way to plan your day without hopping between boards.

Open My Work

Open My Work from the main navigation. It opens in List view; you can switch to Calendar view to see tasks laid out by due date.

How the list is organized

Tasks are grouped by due date:

  • Overdue
  • Today
  • Next 7 Days
  • Later
  • Unscheduled — tasks with no due date

Each row shows the Task, its Project / Board, Assignee, Due date, Priority, and Labels.

Work from My Work

Add a task

Click New Task (or Add task), pick a Project and Board, enter a title, and save — the task is created on that board and assigned to you.

Narrow the list

Use Filter (by Priority, Type, Labels, Project, or Board) and Sort (by Due Date, Priority, or Created Date) to focus.

Switch to Calendar

Toggle to Calendar view to see your week or month and spot busy days.

Plan your day

Start in the Today and Overdue groups each morning, then pull from Next 7 Days as you finish — it keeps your focus on what's actually due.
