# Pricing — Milestone

Milestone is currently in a design-partner program: **free during early access, no credit card required.** The plans below are where pricing is headed when paid plans open. Billing will be handled by **Paddle** (the merchant of record).

Plans are priced per seat (one billable human teammate) plus in-app AI credits. Annual billing lowers the per-seat rate. You never see a dollar figure for AI usage — only seat prices and optional credit top-up packs.

  - 700 AI credits / seat, with top-up packs
  - Slack → company brain (1 source)
  - All integrations

## Premium
- Price: $20 / seat / month ($16 / seat / month billed annually)
- Seats: unlimited
- Everything in Pro, plus:
  - Unlimited atoms · 365-day recall
  - 1,200 AI credits / seat
  - Slack → company brain (all sources)
  - Unlimited board & AI automations
  - Priority support

## Notes
- A seat is one billable human teammate. A desktop agent "run" is one dispatch of the Claude Code agent to work a task autonomously; chatting doesn't count. An "atom" is one unit of company-brain knowledge (a decision, convention, or gotcha). Credits cover in-app AI chat and assistants.
- The recall window (30 / 90 / 365 days) is a recall bound, not deletion — older atoms are archived and return automatically when you upgrade.
- Credit top-up packs (500 / 1,000 / 2,500 credits) never expire and are only consumed after your monthly pool runs out (Pro and Premium).
- Platform: macOS today; Windows and Linux are on the roadmap.
- Early access: free while in the design-partner program (no card required).
- Merchant of record: Paddle.
- Data: stored on Milestone's servers (AWS, US region), encrypted in transit and at rest, cached locally for offline use; never used to train AI models, never sold.
